Mondays to Fridays: 7.45 a.m. to 1.30 p.m The first teaching period starts at 7.45 a.m. Students are advised to be seated in the School Hall or Classroom by 7.35 a.m. Silent reading is conducted daily at the assembly area before the start of the morning assembly. Students are expected to bring a story book to read during the silent reading session. |
Dismissal Procedure

Students will be dismissed from school only after the bell is rung for dismissal which is at 1.30pm. Should there be a change in the dismissal time, parents/guardians will be notified via a letter. During dismissal, the teachers will lead the students to the designated dismissal point. Parents/guardians are advised to give specific instructions to their child/ward regarding the preferred pick-up arrangements. Parents/guardians are to wait for their child/ward at the designated parent waiting areas near Gate 1 and Gate 5. |

Vehicle drop-off and pick-up arrangements

Parents/Guardians must not park their vehicles along the road in front of the school (Jurong East Street 24) to drop off/pick up their children/ward. Instead, they should drive into the HDB carpark next to the school. If it rains, parents/guardians are allowed to drive into the school compound to drop their children off. They should drive with care and observe instructions given by the Security Officers/Teachers on duty while in the school compound. |
Procedure for leaving school before dismissal

In an emergency or when a student is unwell, the teacher will give his/her parents/guardians a call. It is important that parents/guardians provide the school with their updated contact details. Parents/guardians who need to contact the school or any teacher urgently are to call the General Office at 65605062. Students must seek the permission of the Principal, Vice-Principal or Discipline Master if there is a need to leave the school before dismissal. If permission is given, the students must be accompanied home by a parent, guardian or an authorised adult. |
Rules for Visitors

Visitors to the school (including parents/guardians) are required to report to the Security Counter located at the school entrance before entering the school. A Visitor’s Pass will be issued and this has to be prominently displayed at all times while they are in the school compound. Visitors are not allowed to go to the classrooms. |
